All you need is some broccoli florets, dried cherries,
walnuts and light champagne vinaigrette dressing (or use different dressing for
a variety).
Mix everything but walnuts, add some sugar or sugar substitute if
you'd like and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Add fresh roasted walnuts
right before the serving and enjoy.

Albina, the broccoli are raw and mixed with other ingredients just to blend some flavor. Very easy recipe and a very tasty one. Thank you for your comment!
