Sweet lavender cross stitch pattern

At this time of year I am always missing the feel of being among the endless lavender field. Just like it was during our summers on the Pacific Northwest coast of WA state.

I made this design some time ago and finally gave it a printable look.

The idea for it is based on my original watercolor.

Free cross stitch chart - Joy

From time to time I am just grabbing a thread and some linen and stitching whatever I feel like on it at the moment.Since it is Christmas time and I am trying to make a nice presentation of my gifts I was thinking of something quick, festive and simple - that's how this little design was born. I would use it to stitch an ornament or a gift bag.
